These terms apply to direct bookings of all our houses. If anything is unclear, write to us before you book.

How to book
Choose the house, dates and number of guests and send us your request on WhatsApp, by email or with the form on the website. We reply in person with availability and the exact price: the request is not binding and costs nothing.
The booking is confirmed when we receive the 30% deposit by bank transfer. The balance is paid on arrival, when you collect the keys, by bank transfer, PayPal or cash. We issue a regular receipt for the stay.
At Casa del Duomo, if you choose self check-in, the balance is paid by bank transfer 7 days before arrival; otherwise we arrange an in-person check-in and you pay on arrival.
Cancellation and change of dates
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, we refund the full deposit. From 30 to 15 days before, we refund half of it; in the last 15 days the deposit is not refunded.
You can change your dates once for free, up to 30 days before arrival, if the new dates are available.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 4 pm, often from 3 pm if you ask us the day before; check-out is by 10 am. At the villas we welcome you in person; at Casa del Duomo check-in is self-service, even late in the evening, with the keys in a lockbox.
Early arrival or late departure costs €50, only when the house is free: ask us when you book.
Documents and tourist tax
On arrival every guest must show a valid identity document: by law we report guests' details to the police through the Alloggiati Web system.
The Cefalù tourist tax is €2 per person per night, up to 5 nights, from April to October; children under 12 are exempt. It is paid on arrival.
Guests and visitors
Only the people named in the booking may stay overnight, up to the maximum for each house: Villa dei Mandarini 9, Villa dei Limoni 7, Casa del Duomo 4. Infants under 2 are not counted.
Visitors are welcome during the day only and may not stay overnight: up to 4 people per villa and 2 at Casa del Duomo. Each villa has 3 parking spaces: if they are already taken, visitors park on the road outside the estate.
House rules
Smoking is not allowed in any of the houses, parties and events are not allowed and pets are not accepted. At the villas barbecues and open fires are not allowed, for safety reasons.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am, out of respect for the neighbours and other guests.
Treat the house as your own and let us know straight away if something stops working or breaks: we will sort it out as soon as we can.
