Prices at a glance

The price depends on three things: the house, the dates and the number of guests. The base is the nightly price for the whole house with 2 guests; each extra guest aged 2 or over pays a nightly supplement that rises with the season. On top of that come the final cleaning, once per stay, and the Cefalù tourist tax, paid on arrival.

There are four seasons: low from November to March, mid from April to June and in October, high in July and September, peak in August. August costs about twice as much as January, while June and September are a good balance of weather, sea and price, as we also explain in our guide on the best time to visit Cefalù.

These are indicative nightly ranges for the whole house with 2 guests; we confirm the exact price for your dates in our reply. Villa dei Mandarini sleeps up to 9, Villa dei Limoni up to 7 and Casa del Duomo up to 4.

What a week costs: examples

The examples use the same rules as the quote on the website: nights, the extra-guest supplement, final cleaning and the discount for stays of 7 nights, which does not apply in August. The tourist tax is not included because it depends on the guests' ages and the month.

A dash means the house does not have enough beds for that group. For larger groups the two villas can be rented together: villa for groups of up to 16.

What is included and what is extra

The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water and gas, wifi and air conditioning. There are no hidden energy charges, not even in August with the air conditioning on.

Extras are the final cleaning, from €50 for Casa del Duomo to €80 for Villa dei Mandarini, and the tourist tax: €2 per person per night, for up to 5 nights, from April to October, with children under 12 exempt. Infants under 2 stay free, and a cot is available on request at €10 per day.

How to pay less

Choose June or September

The sea is already warm in June and still warm in September, but prices are lower than in August and the town is less crowded. In May and October you save even more, with excellent days for the old town and excursions.

Stay at least a week

Stays of 7 nights or more get a 5% discount, 14 nights 10% and 28 nights 15%. Discounts apply in every month except August.

Book direct

Booking on this website or on WhatsApp, you pay no platform service fees, which is why the direct price is lower than on Airbnb. The houses are the same and we answer ourselves, usually within an hour.

Share a villa as a group

The extra-guest supplement is much lower than the price of the house, so the cost per person falls with every guest you add.

How to get the exact price for your dates

On each house page, choose dates and guests in the calendar: booked dates are already marked and the quote appears straight away, with stay, cleaning, discounts and tourist tax shown separately. From the home page you can also search the same dates across all three houses at once. Then send us the request on WhatsApp or by email and we confirm price and availability, with nothing to pay when you ask.
