Cefalù villa for large groups: up to 16 guests on a seaside estate
Villa dei Mandarini (sleeps 9) and Villa dei Limoni (sleeps 7) stand on the same family estate at Salinelle, a few steps apart. Rented together they sleep up to 16: each group has its own house, kitchen and patio, and you walk to the sea through the estate's private gate.

Together, but each in your own house
Compared with one big villa, two neighbouring houses give everyone more freedom: two kitchens, two living rooms, two covered patios. Grandparents can turn in early, friends can stay up late, families with small children can keep their own routine.
The villas share a 13,000 m² estate of citrus and olive trees: for dinner all together it is just a few steps.
The sea on foot for the whole group
From Villa dei Limoni a path through the olive trees leads to the gate and Salinelle beach, about 150 metres away. From Villa dei Mandarini you walk down to the beach straight from the property, without crossing any road.
Back from the beach there is an outdoor shower at both villas to rinse off salt and sand before going in.
Arriving as a big group, stress-free
Each villa has its own free private parking on the estate, three spaces each: six cars in total. Lascari station is under a kilometre away and the train reaches central Cefalù in under ten minutes.
If your group is flying in, on request we arrange transfers from every airport in Sicily with a partner private-hire (NCC) service.

How many people can stay in the two villas together?
Up to 16: 9 at Villa dei Mandarini and 7 at Villa dei Limoni. Infants under 2 are not counted as guests.
Are the two villas close to each other?
Yes, they are on the same family estate at Salinelle, a few steps apart, but they are two separate houses, each with its own kitchen, bathrooms and patio.
How much does it cost to rent both villas?
The price is the sum of the two houses. For 16 guests in low season, for example, the total is about €620-660 a night, cleaning excluded; the seasonal ranges are on each villa's page.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the same as for each house: 3 nights in low season, 4 in mid season, 5 in July and September, 7 in August.
Can we rent just one villa?
Of course. Villa dei Limoni is enough for up to 7 guests, Villa dei Mandarini for up to 9.
